STYLE360 has always explored the relationship between fashion and contemporary culture by pairing style trends with innovative brands-and 2008 promises to take this tradition to the next level.

From September 7-10, STYLE360 will highlight an impressive roster of fresh design talent and inventive established designers through runway shows, exclusive evening events and retail exhibits at multiple locations throughout New York City, including the Metropolitan Pavilion, Bloomingdales SoHo and Metropolitan Home's Showtime House.

Now in its fifth fabulous year, STYLE360 covers fashion full circle with experiential, print, interactive media, broadcast, publicity and in-store ventures.

CARAVAN
Caravan is a boutique turned studio that specializes in styling celebrities for red-carpet appearances. Celebrity stylists, actors, actresses, and musicians all visit the studio to prep for events and appearances. Over the last few months, they have worked with cast members from Gossip Girl, Lipstick Jungle, Savages, House, Dirty Sexy Money, and more. This season marks the fourth time that Caravan is part of Style 360.

Debuting this season is Caravan's private-label collection called simply Caravan. Inspired by a beautiful Vietnamese destination called the Nam Hai, the entire collection is made from machine-washable Vietnamese silks in bright colors such as pink, blue, and gold. The line is designed to personify its name by being global and exotic-the types of garments that one can wear on the red carpet and then easily pack in a suitcase before embarking on a journey. gr.dano and Ronen Chen along with 5 other cutting edge designers will showcase select pieces from their upcoming Spring/Summer 2009 Collection on the 60 foot runway at New York's Metropolitan Pavilion. STYLE360 represents the nexus point where emerging designers, industry tastmakers, celebrities, media and fashion aficionados meet.

From September 7 - 10th, "STYLE360" will serve as the alternative Fashion Week destination and showcase 6 hand-picked fashion designers and CARAVAN through their Spring/Summer 2009 Collection. The audience will include national and international media, buyers, and industry tastemakers. All shows will take place again at the historic Metropolitan Pavilion North with a series of after parties off-site including a STYLE360 Launch Party held at BLOOMINGDALES on September 8th with Nigel Barker. This program is being presented by ELLE, Elle.com, Elle Décor, Met Home, and American Photo magazines.

"Our proposition is still about connecting emerging fashion designers with corporate partners to create an enhanced fashion show experience through an innovative stage", explains David Manning, Executive Producer at LIVEstyle Entertainment. "The STYLE360 concept, however, takes the 60 feet of runway to magazine pages, the internet, TV sets, mobile phones and retail displays to reach a much bigger market for both the fashion designer and participating corporate brands."
